With over two decades of experience in real estate, Ray has been a respected leader in the industry since earning his real estate license in 1999 and broker license in 2003.
His extensive background spans both residential and commercial real estate, along with leadership roles as Broker-In-Charge for nationally recognized firms including Weichert Realtors, Keller Williams, and Better Homes and Gardens.
Ray is also a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Instructor, having educated and mentored agents across the state since 2003.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ray is a proud United States Army veteran, serving 20 years of active duty and retiring with the distinguished rank of First Sergeant. His commitment to leadership, discipline, and service continues to shape his approach to real estate today.
